Returns/Exchanges

We have automated returns set up. You can view and request a return via your account at this link -> here.

We take pride in our quality and service, so first and foremost, we want to make sure you as the customer are always 100% happy with your experience at Radry Golf. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me at tony@radry.com. Otherwise, please see below for our return/exchange policy.

For returns (US ONLY)If you are looking to make an exchange or get store credit, the shipping is then free to send back the product. This is done as long as it is within 60 days of receiving the item(s) and also the item(s) are unworn and unaltered in any way. Please follow our automated return process to get a prepaid return label after approval, which make take a few days to process. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange once it comes in and to get your exchanged items, store credit, or refund back to you. 

For international returns/exchanges: The customer is responsible for any shipping involved for any returns or exchanges including any return shipping of any exchange.
